Day 87

Oh boy! It was quite the week last week. I wasn't feeling well a couple of days and I missed a few workouts, and I gained a couple of pounds... I was a little upset, but not surprised, that's what happens when you cheat. So I'm back on to doing everything perfect this week! I have to get down to at least 130 by May 1st. That should be easy, I will get there! I HOPE!
Partly because I forgot and partly because I gained I don't have a picture and stats from last week... oh well, it will be up for this week. I'm on a roll so far, I can't wait to see what the end of the week brings. I've worked out Monday and Tuesday and I'm going to throw in a run tonight to keep me going. I've been eating great and I feel great, this has been an awesome week so far!
