WEEK 1

I'M BACK!!!!
Okay so this time around I'm not training for a competition, but I am still on my quest to reach personal fitness perfection! On my off season, basically from May through December, I ate however I wanted and worked out only minimally when ever I wanted to. My lowest weight when I stopped was about 130 and I stayed at 135 all year long. Then Christmas came and went, I had gained 5lbs over the holiday. January 2011 came and I was 140; I decided it was time to finish what I started. I started to eat healthier and cut out eating out. About 2 weeks ago it was time to step it up if I ever wanted to make any kind of a change. So here we go...
I am eating Zone healthy meals and CrossFit workouts 5-6 days a week.
Day 1 I was 140 lbs. after my first week of Zone and CrossFit here I am:

Weight- 138.2 lbs.
Arm- 10.5 in.
Waist- 27.5 in.
Hips- 39.5 in.
Thigh- 24.5 in.
Calf- 13.25 in.
