My Goal in 14 weeks:
Loose 28 lbs.
Down 16% body fat
Compete in my very first figure competition
Weekly goal:
Loose 2 lbs.
Down 1.14% body fat
Come closer to personal fitness perfection
JOIN ME IN MY JOURNEY!
I will post my progress weekly with a photo and my stats. I want to know what I looked like at each point in my transition. I will also try to post something everyday or every couple of days. I want to record how I am feeling throughout the process as well. This is something very new for me, I am excited to get started! I can't wait for the end result! I hope I am strong enough physically and emotionally to complete this program and compete at the figure competition in May. I know the workouts will be tough, I know the diet will be crucial. I've created this blog for me, as a record. You are welcome to join me and follow along as I begin to transform my eating, my body and my life.
