I've gotten through a couple new workouts, wow, feels like the very beginning again! My soleuses have been so sore, I thought I got over this! I thought running at 8 was hard now I have to run at 9, it's so fast.... hurts my legs so much!
Monday the weight training went by fast. It was a super hard workout but I loved it.
Tuesday was a totally different story, took 2 hours! I think that's the worst workout I have ever had. It was so tough, I never want to do it again. I am not looking forward to next Tuesday.
Today I was able to rest and I definatly needed it. I was so stiff when I woke up this morning I thought I wasn't going to be able to get out of bed.
Tomorrow I have bike sprints in the morning!
