Day 47

I did make it out of the gym on Tuesday, I thought I wouldn't but I made it through and it only took me an hour and 45 minutes! I shaved 15 minutes off my time from last week and drank through 2 1/2 bottles of water. WOW! Talk about hard!
Wednesday morning threw me off for the whole week, I thought it was Thursday all day which would have made yesterday Friday and today Saturday. You can see why that would be disappointing, finding out really it's only Wednesday, major bummer. I usually get Wednesday's off from working out all together but sense I slept in on Monday I had to make it up. I got up dark and early and went to the gym for my run. It was so tough. I don't know if I will ever get use to the 9! It's so so fast! But I didn't fall off the treadmill or anything and I got to take it easy that night and not workout at all! Good think too because my bum was really sore from whatever I did on Tuesday. Holy Cow, I could barely sit down!
Thursday got up and did it all again, ran really hard and got really tired. The workout last night was really great, got really tired and it only took me a little over an hour! I was so proud of myself for getting done right at 9:30! I was so excited to get home early!!
Again, this morning I ran really hard and got really tired. Have slightly sore legs from that.... Tonight, I hope will go really well.
Never again will I workout 6 days in a week, I'm getting so burned out! I need that extra few hours of sleep Wednesday morning and the nice short break from the gym.
