You know what I love? Not feeling like I need to suck in my belly! I didn't realize how bad I was getting until I started this whole thing. Every time I stood in front of the mirror I was sucking in my belly to look better. Now, my belly doesn't stick out! I so totally love this! I don't feel self conscious at all, woohoo!
Last week went by great! It was tough, I continued with the original training and diet. I worked really hard both Friday and Saturday. I tired to push myself as hard as I could go. I got sore as always. My running went well this morning. I have a new workout to try tonight, I am very excited about that!
