Day 42

This past week with the new workouts was really tough. I worked really hard and I spent even more hours at the gym. It was worth it all though, even Tuesday's workout was worth it. I'm very excited for the progress I have made this past week. The cardio was hard, I have to get use to that all over again. It's so hard trying to run so fast, sometimes I don't want to do it but I made it though another week. Friday's workout was great and only took about an hour. Yesterday wasn't as bad as I thought it would be either. I was so afraid I would have to be there for 2 hours but it only took me an hour and a half! We'll see how next week goes, I'm sure it will be just fine.
