Day 33

Yesterday was great! I did the bike in the morning and rocked it, the evening workout was great. Took me about an hour and I felt great! Today I did a horrible thing..... I slept in until 7:30...... I was almost late for work and I missed my morning run. I. Felt. Horrible! I worked really hard tonight though and I am so sore! I've got to wake up early tomorrow and go for my run I'm so glad it's Saturday. Still haven't gotten any new workouts, I will probably get that for next week. We will see!
