Today is another resting day! I had all these plans to get up this morning and do my bike sprints and work out tonight, then take tomorrow off and rest. Well I woke up to my alarm this morning at 5 o'clock, I was so tired and my ankles were aching. There was no way I was getting up if I didn't absolutely have to. So I fell back asleep until 7 o'clock, then I had to get up and get ready for work. So tonight I don't have to go to the gym! I'm pretty excited, there are some things I would rather be doing tonight. The only bad part, I have to work out Thursday, Friday and Saturday.... Oh well, I've done it this way for the past 2 weeks, it won't be that bad.
Yesterday I was pretty happy with myself when I was able to do my run without really hurting as bad as I had been. It still takes me a while to walk out of the gym, I have to go pretty slow because of my sore little legs but I think I recovered much better! Ugh, then last night's workout was horrible! I was able to up my weight with most of the exercises and I was feeling pretty good about it but I still had 3 rounds of burpees to do. I just love burpees, especially when I have to do it 75 flipping times! I wanted to quit that's for sure! Then I would just look over at Danny and see how hard he was working and it made me keep going. I would feel so bad if he was working so hard and pushing himself so much if I wasn't trying just as hard. It took me about an hour and a half to finish my workout. It was long and hard but the end result will be so worth it!
