Day 23

Oh boy, it's day 23!!! So this week has been great. It's only the 2nd day into it but I'm feeling really good! I am sticking with the same workouts and diet as my first 3 weeks, which is nice, I know what to expect and I am making great progress. Now I'm just nervous about next week.
So yesterday was awesome, I ran in the morning and I'm getting better at the running and not feeling so sore after. I am sooooooo happy about this! Last night's workout was tough but I did get through it in an hour. Wow I was working hard, and I even got to raise my weight on a couple exercises, go me!
This morning I did my run and I was so proud of myself, I'm getting so much better! I was even able to run at 8.0 without holding on the entire time, I ran with my arms free most of the time in fact. This is quite the accomplishment for me because I've been having a hard time moving my feet that fast, if I don't hold on I'm way too tired and worn out that I'll seriously just fall off the stupid treadmill. I came home pretty happy with myself this morning. Can't wait for tonight I hope I make it through the burpees......
