Day 13

Whewf! Another week almost over! Just one more workout to go tonight!
Yesterday was pretty hard, I cried myself home from the gym in the morning after I went for my run. My legs were hurting so so bad! I had a very hard time walking. Then my workout in the evening was good, until I had to run a few times, then it got really difficult. I had a hard time doing my leg curls because my ankle/calves/soleus hurt. So rediculous! My poor swolen ankles!
This morning I was afraid to go run. I didn't want it to hurt and swell again. BUT I had to so I got on the tredmile and ran. The first 2 rounds I was fine, I even felt good! My second 2 rounds were a little harder and by the end I was having a very hard time walking again. I came home and iced my legs, it saved me, they feel good and aren't swolen. I hope tonight's workout doesn't hurt them too bad again.
