Day 19

Oh boy, I am so worn out! This has been such a long week, my body has been beat up. I am so glad it is Friday, I need a break. It's been a long tough 3 weeks, 11 left... I just got back from the gym and I feel so exhausted! I'm so glad I don't have to get up at 5 o'clock in the morning tomorrow! Thank goodness for Saturday! It was a really tough workout tonight and it took me practically forever to get it done.
Yesterday was great, my favorite day I think. Bike in the morning and I'm doing better and getting stronger at the evening workout. I was able to hold myself much longer on my chin ups! I was so excited!
Another tough couple of workouts tomorrow, I can not wait until Sunday when I get to rest!
