Day 15

I iced my calves this weekend! It helped so much! I ran this morning and started to hurt after my 3rd set instead of my 2nd. I think that is quite the improvement! They were still hurting and I couldn't walk very fast after my run but it was nice that I was able to finish my third set without too many problems. It was so great to have the day off yesterday but Sunday's always go by way too fast. Right now I'm a little tired and I can't imagine working out tonight but I'm sure after I eat I will have more energy. It's amazing to see how eating can effect your mood so much. I usually just eat when I get hungry but while doing this there are specific times that I need to eat. It changes everything, I can feel when I need to eat. Right now I'm starving! I get to eat in just a few minutes. Tonight's workout should be good. This is my third week.... this is my last time with this workout, I've got to make it really count!
